BCM Partnership has taken the Ice Bucket Challenge and has called on some industry big wigs to follow suit, nominating Leo Burnett's Todd Sampson, Ten's Russel Howcroft and Cummins&Partners' Sean Cummins to take the challenge.
Paul Cornwell, managing director of BCM actually cops the ice bucket, which is being poured by partner and director of the business Kevin Moreland.
In taking the challenge, the pair made the pledge to donate $10 for every staff member to the The ALS Association which raises awareness for ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease.
So far more than 2.4 million videos have been shared of people taking the challenge and Australia is the second highest participating country after the US.
As per the rules of the challenge, the only light at the end of the tunnel for the person who is about to have ice water poured over their head, is that they get the joy of nominating three people to also feel their pain.
So, Sampson, Howcroft, Cummins - you have 24 hours gents. The internet is waiting.
