Adam Francis, AJF Partnership's founding partner, will depart the agency at the end of April, concluding an 18-year chapter and the agency’s transition from being a founder-led business.
GrowthOps CEO, Clint Cooper, said Francis' departure from AJF was the conclusion of a remarkable chapter, where along with his founding partners, he built a formidable creative agency.
“We are sincerely grateful to Adam for his outstanding contribution to the formation of AJF, and its development and success since," said Cooper.
"Adam’s entrepreneurial leadership, talent and caring nature have created value for the team at AJF, the group and our clients.
"Adam has built a legacy that will endure within the agency, the clients with whom he has worked, and the countless number of professionals he has mentored along the way.”
Francis said he was going to miss the ad game, especially all the friends he made along the way.
"I have always thought it’s a young person’s industry – so my time is well and truly up. A massive thank you to everyone that carried me over the journey, including all the brands and suppliers," said Francis.
"You have all made it a rewarding career and I enjoyed your company and the challenges. I'm looking forward to taking everything I have learnt and starting fresh within a new industry or two after spending some time with my beautiful family.”
