Westpac and DDB Sydney capture what it’s like to lose your wallet

Ever thought you’ve lost your wallet? You may recognise a few of the moves in Westpac’s latest campaign.

Westpac Bank has perfectly captured the frantic search when you think you’ve lost your wallet in a campaign that aims to promote the benefits of its cardless cash feature.

The 30-second ad features a man who goes to pay for a coffee only to realise he has forgotten his wallet, subsequently breaking out into a pocket-checking dance.

The spot finishes with the man using the cardless cash option on the Westpac app and withdrawing money.

ANZ launched ads with a similar concept in 2016 in promotion of Apple Pay.
