Hotline Bling returns for T-Mobile
Just when we thought Hotline Bling had its 15 minutes of fame, T-Mobile is bringing it back for the Super Bowl.
In the spot titled Restrictive Bling, by Publicis Seattle, Drake steals the spotlight performing his hit song and pulling out the the now infamous dance moves from the original video clip.
As he sings the well-known line, 'You used to call me on your cell phone,” some pushy phone execs interrupt and suggest adding in some extra terms and conditions into the song. The voiceover says, “Wireless carriers ruin everything.”
T-Mobile also has another ad in the Super Bowl, but apparently that one will not be revealed until the broadcast of the big game.
The carrier on Friday announced it was placing two spots in the Super Bowl.
