The new brand campaign from Synergy and Wunderman Thompson Perth helps people understand that change is afoot. It works to introduce an evolving, interconnected energy network where individual usage habits can benefit everyone in a ‘Greater, connected’ system.
Hayley Boneham, Synergy’s manager, brand and marketing, says that continuing to build trust in the Synergy brand is key.
“As we continue to evolve our energy landscape, it’s important for us to educate customers on what this means for them and the impactful role they can play in this transition," she said.
Lead strategist at Wunderman Thompson Perth, Barry Walker, said the agency has been working towards an intelligent energy future with Synergy since 2014.
"So it’s no surprise to see them taking the lead in arguably WA’s most important energy transition yet," he said.
Wunderman Thompson produced the campaign in partnership with the Penguin Empire, who made a return to the Perth production scene this year.
Kelsey Fraser, senior account director at Wunderman Thompson Perth, said from the Synergy crew through to production house, this job was an absolute dream team.
