Want to know if your future employer has sleep pods or a juice bar? Seek can help.

Seek has just launched new company review tools so you can find out more about your potential employer before you sign on the dotted line.

The new campaign from Clemenger BBDO Melbourne promotes the company review tools, with the idea of giving people an insight into what a company is really like to work for.

In the 30-second clip, a man starts a new job full of amazing perks like dog day, and meetings in a ball pit. Although he doesn’t seem too impressed with the beach day, where all employees are encouraged to turn up in their budgie smugglers…

Seek's brand and candidate manager, Babi Kahveci, says the key to a more fulfilling career is finding the right cultural fit for you.

“More than half of the population has felt that a company didn’t live up to their initial impression – whether found in an interview, on their website or in a position description. Seek company reviews uncover what it’s really like to work for a company.”

Clemenger BBDO Melbourne's creative director, Ant Phillips, says the agency has a great time poking fun at some of the more outrageous ‘perks’ companies offer. Free massages at Google anyone?

"More often than not, new employees won’t find out what it’s really like to work at a company until it’s too late. But with Seek company reviews, you can find out about a company before you begin. It might just save you from having to endure a beach meeting in your Speedos," he said.

In partnership with Starcom and Isobar, the campaign aims to align with Seek’s journey of becoming a career partner to candidates.

The campaign launches across TV and video, bespoke social edits and transit outdoor, in addition to a digital display investment.
