Through this campaign, LinkedIn and frank body hope to inspire young women to understand their worth in the workplace and kickstart their professional journeys with confidence.

"My best tip for female graduates entering the workforce is to use all the superpowers that make you a great friend – forming connections, keeping in touch, asking great questions – and applying that to networking," LinkedIn Australia career expert Cayla Dengate said.

frank body and branding agency Willow & Blake co-founder Bree Johnson said when a door closes, look for a window.

"Everyone’s path will be different, and it might feel like you have to go backwards to go forwards. If you don’t feel like you fit anywhere, maybe you need to build the business you want to work in," she said.

MECCA Brands head of talent acquisition Jo Barr said her top tip to a graduate getting into the workforce is be curious.

"It's amazing what can happen if you are curious and committed. Entry-level roles can lead into your dream job if you utilise the opportunity.

"Don’t fixate on a narrow role. Be as open-minded as you can as you may learn so much from a role you may not have considered. It may open your eyes to even more career options."

To help graduates get a head start on their careers, LinkedIn has also unlocked a series of LinkedIn Learning courses throughout the campaign duration.
