Crust Pizza is mixing it up with an electronic music outdoor campaign featuring ‘playable’ posters.

Crust Pizza is mixing it up with an electronic music activation that bring beats to the streets through an outdoor campaign featuring ‘playable’ posters.

The outdoor execution by from JCDecaux and Initiative features vinyl posters embedded with touch technology that allows passers-by to remix music on a super-sized pizza shaped DJ deck. To provides the tunes Crust teamed up with artist Peking Duk.

“In a JCDecaux first, the printed posters themselves are interactive,” said Alan Klein, Head of Creative Solutions, JCDecaux.

"It’s been exciting to see our posters come to life using technology that definitely takes them ‘out of the box’.”

Zoe Jacovou, Marketing Manager, Crust Pizza said: “Crust is excited to extend our Peking Duk collaboration into out of home by featuring the DJs’ unique sounds in a first to market interactive street campaign.”

The campaign kicks off in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.
