The vision driving InstantScripts is that all Australians should have greater accessibility to primary healthcare whenever and wherever they need it.

In March 2022, InstantScripts engaged Helsinki Agency to develop a brand refresh and a fully-fledged, integrated campaign to help bring that vision to life. And to find a compelling way of telling the InstantScripts story to the wonderfully diverse public of Australia.

The approach was to make simplicity the point of difference and create a clear message that highlighted InstantScripts’ no-nonsense approach to their service delivery.

‘InstantScripts Snap, a singularly effective visual and aural mnemonic that formed the backbone of the creative communication was formed. The ‘snap’ represents ease, speed, simplicity – all the things that InstantScripts represents in the new realm of digital healthcare.

That simple ‘snappy’ idea was carefully planned and executed utilising a broad matrix of talent, scenarios and formats that enabled us to build a complete library of stills, video and music assets. This library allows us to produce targeted content in any format, across any channel, to any segment.

Helsinki Agency creative director, Mike Bollen, said: “Working closely with the client team, we thoroughly interrogated every part of the brand. We then rebuilt it to maximise the potential of what was already a great service. The ‘Snap’ campaign then gave us a simple but compelling way to tell a host of stories, to many market segments across a multitude of channels. And offered us a way we could keep doing that cost effectively well into the future.”
