A new campaign for Exercise Right Week has been designed in response to the overwhelming health messages available on social media.
In a new public awareness initiative for Exercise Right Week, Exercise & Sports Science Australia (ESSA) creative team have developed content designed to help the public find the right type of exercise suited to their uniqueness.
In the ad, the voice-over says: "Humans are complex. People come from varying backgrounds with their own sets of challenges, quirks and circumstances. Everyone is unique, so when it comes to exercise there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all approach."
One of the campaign posters says: "Trust a professional, not your inspo feed", referring to the health and fitness trend that has exploded over Instagram.
Exercise Right Week takes place between 23 and 29 May.
