The township of Julbacken are back, and this time, they're preaching the choir, telling us why we should have an Aussie Christmas with Aldi.
Aldi, with creative agency BMF have continued the storyline from its Aldi Christmas launch in November, which told the story of small-town boy Johan, returning from travelling abroad, to his non-descript Eastern European village of Julbacken to share what he has learnt from his journey: the secret of the best Christmas ever. Which is, to make it Australian.
For part two of the campaign, Aldi has created eight separate 15 second television commericals, each of which features a Julbacken local taking you through a segment of a Christmas feast. A feast that could be yours if you head over to Aldi. Now, right now. No need to twist our arm.
