Selfies are so over. Now it's all about shelfies. Philadelphia is expanding its Do Your Thing campaign through social asking cream cheese lovers to take snaps of their fridge contents to start a #Shelfie movement.
It wants people to post the snaps of their fridge shelfies to the Philadelphia Australia Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag #FridgeShelfies where Philadelphia chefs will whip up a recipe using the available ingredients. MasterChef Australia's Hayden Quinn is on the panel.
“We know Australians love sharing their selfies so we’ve come up with a way to put them to good use! The #FridgeShelfies campaign harnesses social media to provide a creative solution to a problem that many of us face each day; how to make something delicious with what’s in our fridge.” said Philadelphia Australia brand manager Bianca Melky. “Philly’s creaminess and versatility works in a number of different types of dishes and now we want to give Aussies the inspiration to cook up a storm in the kitchen!”
