Bad bosses star in director John Pace's new campaign for The Centre for Workplace Leadership.
Infinity Squared's writer and director John Pace used the universal theme of dealing with a bad boss to create three new online spots for The Centre for Workplace Leadership.
Pace said he spent days trawling through casting sites such as StarNow to find the perfect actors to improvise being a bad boss in mock office environments.
The unsuspecting actors were “kept in the dark", said Pace, which was "crucial to getting the right performances.”
“I think comedy is always best when played straight, so I didn't want any performers to know we were making a comedy, which was difficult to keep hidden as I asked them to gradually ratchet up their performances to the absurd versions you see in the spots,” he said.
