To counter the economic impact of COVID-19, Business Australia is encouraging the 2.2 million businesses across the country to seek professional advice to get through the economic downturn.
In order to support businesses through this unprecedented challenge, Business Australia is continuing to offer free support to business owners and managers, but with a specific focus on navigating the COVID-19 crisis.
Businesses can access free information essential for owners and managers to understand their obligations as an employer through Business Australia’s new free COVID-19 content hub.
Resources include Business Australia’s Business Guide to the Coronavirus; an employer toolkit including key advice and policies to help businesses manage their people and working from home arrangements; free access to a business grants finder to understand available financial support; updates on the latest news affecting businesses in Australia and downloadable templates for communications with landlords.
“This is an incredibly challenging time for businesses in Australia. In a matter of weeks, business owners’ have had their worlds turned upside down due to economic impact of COVID-19," Business Australia chief customer experience officer Richard Spencer says.
