Telstra is rolling out the next instalment of its Our Network Commitment campaign with We're Making it Personal.
The campaign, created by DDB Sydney, features actress Magda Szubanski to promote Telstra's customer service improvements. It aims to reconnect customers with the same person on the customer service team each time they call to make the service better and more consistent. It wants to be famous for it, according to the new tagline.
The campaign will run across TV, print, out-of-home and digital.
