Corona has released a short film following a bus of laid-back twenty-somethings on a surfing/skating/painting/guitar-playing trip down the Mexican coast. In other words, from where you'd rather be.
Directed by Riley Blakeway, 'Someplace Else' stars "a collective of free wheelin' fun lovin' and talented individuals" including surfers Ozzie Wright and Dylan Graves, musician Hanni El Khatib, skateboarder Andrew Brophy, and artists Jeff Canham and Rose Ashton.
They travel down the "forgotten back roads of the Mexican coast" on a mission to "find the common threads that bind creative souls", and drink Coronas while being young and good-looking.
Rock musician El Khatib said: "It's very rare that you get a bunch of people together who don't know each other and walk away from it super tight. The guys on this trip have been so awesome, I’d like to be on a bus trapped with these dudes all the time."
Lion brand director Raniero Miccoli said: "Corona has a history of creating compelling content that brings to life the Corona Extra lifestyle and 'Someplace Else' is the latest instalment in this journey – it is about telling great stories from those that Corona drinkers admire and transporting the audience to where they would rather be."
The online film, created by youth culture-focused agency MC Creative, the creative offshoot of Monster Children magazine, will be supported by print and digital placements.
