CrawfordBrownPlus has created a new TVC for Realestate.com.au as part of a beefed up ad and marketing blitz announcing the start of the spring buying season.
The TVC "Dream a Little" airs on Sunday and was created by former M&C Saatchi Melbourne creative director Steve Crawford and managing director David Brown.
It is the first piece of work for CrawfordBrownPlus and taps into the curiosity Australians have with property. It is also backed by several print and digital executions.
“As we move into a period when property searching traditionally becomes more active, the TVC plays on the insight that all Australians have a passion for property and the idea that dream properties can inspire us to think about where we want to live,” Crawford said.
The latest appointment is one of three key signings with Realestate.com.au. Weber Shandwick has been appointed to take on public relations while Story will handle social media and digital and Responsys email marketing.
Starcom will continue working with the group on its media planning and buying ambitions. The move is part of a plan to consolidate business, Realestate.com.au general manager of brand, communications and insights Joanne Whyte said.
