MercerBell has been appointed to handle Foxtel's one-to-one marketing, following a competitive pitch.
The agency will handle Foxtel's CRM and Customer & Business digital work, and will work alongside CHE Proximity to deliver integrated campaigns.
Chantal Walker, head of customer and loyalty marketing at Foxtel, said: “It was an incredibly tight pitch which made the decision a difficult one to make. What set MercerBell apart was their level of collaboration and their understanding across all areas especially data management.
