CumminsRoss has enlisted Possible managing director Scott Heron as chief digital officer.

Heron has relocated from Europe where he was managing director of WPP digital network Possible. Prior to that, he had launched Zaaz in Europe.

Heron has worked across clients including Nokia, Ford, GSK, BMW, Allianz and Heineken.

CumminsRoss managing director Chris Jeffares said: “We are delighted to have Scott join us as we reach the next stage in our evolution as an agency. His breadth of experience in all aspects of digital marketing will be a huge asset to the agency and our clients. Scott is a superstar with expertise in inspiring and building teams, leading new business initiatives, and driving breakthrough digital work for Fortune 500 companies.

“Our strategy is to continually hire very senior, credentialed professionals from around the world. Hiring Scott is a clear example of that strategy in action.”

CumminsRoss recently appointed its first chairman, Craig Hart. The agency flagged it has a string of senior hires in the works.
