Vodafone has moved its media buying to Bohemia from Ikon.
Bohemia was already lead strategy agency.
Vodafone spent $18.1million to the 12 months to June 2013, down 54.3% year on year, according to Nielsen data. Nielsen's numbers make it the number four communications advertiser behind Telstra, Singtel, and TPG.
Bohemia boss Brett Dawson founded the company two years ago after around a decade at Ikon.
Vodafone has confirmed the account move to AdNews.
A Vodafone spokeperson said: "We would like to take this opportunity to thank the Ikon team for their dedication to our business over the last nine years. We will continue to work with other agencies within the STW group and look forward to working more closely with Bohemia in particular to consolidate our media activities and give Bohemia the opportunity to build on the strategic functions they are currently providing us with."
Dawson declined to comment.
The news comes a day after Vodafone announced CEO Bill Morrow is to step down next year.
