BMF managing partner Chris Kay will step down from his role at the end of the year, after two years with the agency.
Kay moved to BMF from Manchester City Football Club, where he was head of marketing.
Kay will move back to Europe for an “undisclosed opportunity”.
BMF chief executive Jeremy Nicholas said: “We respect and support Chris' decision and the need to be closer to family.
“Chris brings energy, drive and passion to everything he does. We wish him the very best in his new opportunity.”
