SYDNEY: Ex-Virgin Mobile marketing director Jon Bradshaw has been appointed brand director at Lion Nathan across the XXXX, Tooheys and West End brands.
Bradshaw was marketing director at Virgin Mobile until August last year when Anthony Hearne took over the role.
However, he remained within the Virgin group and has been working on a corporate social responsibility project for the company.
Bradshaw's appointment is part of an expansion of Lion Nathan's marketing team, which follows the departure of Premium category director Arno Lenoir, who plans to establish a consultancy.
These changes also see group innovations and insight director Ralph Simon become brand director across James Boag, Hahn Super Dry, James Squire, Barefoot and the Anheuser-Busch InBev brands including Beck's and Budweiser.
Marketing capability leader Tami Cunningham will become innovations director for Australia and will also have oversee innovation for Lion Nathan New Zealand.
Channel planning & activation team leader Caspar Wright will become category planning & insights director and national sponsorship manager Anna Lawrence has been promoted to sponsorship & communications director.
Lion Nathan marketing director Matt Tapper said the new structure "ensures we are leveraging our skills across sales, marketing, innovations and insights in a collaborative, cohesive fashion".
"By ensuring we understand what's shaping our marketplace we can support the sustainable, long-term growth of our business, and those of our customers," he said.
All the changes will become effective throughout March and April. Bradshaw joins Lion Nathan next month.
