BRISBANE: BCM Partnership has won the advertising account for Queensland-based superannuation group Sunsuper.
Sunsuper claims to be one of Australia’s largest and fastest growing private sector superannuation funds with more than $5.7 billion in funds management and 750,000 members.
Sunsuper, which has not had an agency on its books for many years, would not disclose the size of its account but marketing manager Wayne Sullivan said the brand was considering increasing both its above- and below-the-line advertising spend.
Sunsuper general manager marketing Teifi Whatley said despite the competitive nature of the superannuation industry the group had performed well.
"We recognise that to maintain our momentum, we need to extend our brand recognition and value," she said.
BCM will commence work on the Sunsuper brand immediately.
