ADMA responds to privacy laws

SYDNEY: In response to the federal governmentÕs announcement of DM privacy laws, ADMA has devised a multi-faceted action plan to ensure its members make a smooth transition. ADMA will begin consultation with its members to authorise the inclusion of the privacy principles and complaints handling system in its Code of Practice and aims to have a fully functional co-regulatory scheme in place by the time the laws come into effect next year.
