Advertising and media industry recruiter Simon Hadfield, a regular contributor to AdNews, has launched Prime Mover Recruitment and broken away from DMCG Global.
"Things remain very amicable with DMCG," he said.
"However, it was simply time to take charge of my own destiny and take Prime Mover out for a spin."
He aims to attract the best talent whether it be Strategy, Account Service, Media, Creative, Production, PR, Tech right through to client-side marketing roles.
"Having worked agency side for 20+ years and recruitment for circa 10 years, knowing the right candidate for the brief is paramount," he said.
"I’d like to think I provide a great experience for both the business and the candidate.
"I love our industry, it’s all I have ever done and I’m dead keen to continue to work in it judging, writing, mentoring, consulting and placing great people in great roles.
"I’d love to hear from anyone out there who is looking for talent or if you’re looking for your next prime role.
"We’re People People."
