It's something you do millions of times a day, but how often do you think about the importance of breath?
The Lung Foundation is kicking off a campaign for Lung Health Awareness Month which explores the extraordinary things that can be done thanks to the power of breath. The 'Just One Breath' campaign features a series of short films with prominent Australians sharing their own stories about how their lungs have driven their professional success. It includes interviews with singer/songwriter Christine Anu, tennis player Casey Dellacqua, jazz musician James Morrison, sprinter Melissa Breen, Red Bull air race world champion Matt Hall, singer/songwriter Archie Roach and big wave surfer Justen "Jughead" Allport.
The campaign will supported by a dedicated website which includes tips for lung health, a lung health check-list and resources for how to maintain your health.
