Harvey Norman and Home Beautiful have teamed up for content series Cooks Co-op.
Pacific Magazines title Home Beautiful and Harvey Norman have announced a partnership for the Cooks Co-op – a new content series and renovation project that will transform a shed in the Hawkesbury Valley into a field-to-fork restaurant by 2019 while showcasing local culinary talent.
Wendy Moore, GM homes and food at Pacific, says, "it is privilege to work with Gerry Harvey and renowned chef Martin Boetz on this once-in-a-lifetime project".
The three-month content series includes twice-weekly webisodes, print features in Home Beautiful and Better Homes and Gardens, showcasing behind the scenes and Boetz’s recipes.
There will also be a dedicated vertical website and social and digital amplification across the broader Pacific group.
Gerry Harvey, executive chairman of Harvey Norman (who is also a farmer), will star alongside Wendy Moore, Martin Boetz, guest celebrity chefs (including Christine Manfield, Alex Herbert, Giovanni Pilu and Alessandro Pivoni), winemaker Lisa McGuigan and a range of amazing local producers.
This project follows Home Beautiful’s successful content series last year, House to Home Beautiful, where a Melbourne home was knocked-down and completely rebuilt over a 12-week period. It generated over two million video views and quadrupled Home Beautiful’s website traffic.
