Medibank is helping Australian children plant the seed for a healthy future in its campaign Generation Better.
It is supporting Stephanie Alexander's Kitchen Garden Foundation that educates children about growing and cooking food in an aim to encourage positive eating habits for the future.
The video shows school children learning how to grow and nuture food from scratch to be part of Generation Better, or #GenBetter as the hashtaggers know it.
