Digital product and user-experience agency Frank Digital, a Jaywing company, has led a digital transformation for leading jewellery, diamond and watch retailer, Gregory Jewellers.
Gregory Jewellers selected Frank Digital to reimagine and recreate their online presence with a focus on user experience, design and a forward-thinking eCommerce journey.

Key features of the site include a seamless search function and easily accessible mobile/desktop optimised experience.
When searching for the perfect engagement ring, Frank developed an intuitive discovery tool that allows users to search on their own terms, whether this be the diamond shape, setting, material or price range.
Gregory Jewellers pride themselves on exceptional customer service and this has been replicated online with users able to browse and shortlist items they are interested in before making a booking for a face-to-face consultation at one of its stores.
The site also integrates with Afterpay and ZipPay, enabling customers to choose from a variety of checkout options to suit their payment preferences.
“During the research phase we always undertake a competitor review, locally and overseas, we discovered that the category was actually quite soft and there were a lot of quick wins that would automatically put us to the top of the class," Frank Digital managing director Matt Barbelli says.
