A lonely brussel sprout finds a home with a bunch of BBC stars

Narrated by current Doctor Who Peter Capaldi, this BBC trailer - showcasing the excellent rundown of shows it's making available over Christmas (Call The Midwife, Luther, Doctor Who etc etc) - follows a lonely brussel sprout on his journey to find some friends at Christmas.

As it turns out, lots of animated BBC stars are waiting to accept the little green sprout at their dinner table. It's not followed to its natural conclusion, however, where a child inadvertently puts it into their mouth, partially chews it, spits it out in disgust onto the floor where a drooling dog woofs it down. But hey...since when was Christmas TV about harsh realities?

It's a pleasant enough spot, albeit it a little unrealistic. Bah hambug.
