Act for Kids has launched a campaign that encourages Australians to sing a lullaby to a neglected or disadvantaged child who has never heard one.

The campaign that will be running on TV, cinema, print, radio social and digital will aim to raise donations and for charity.

Mojo Brisbane managing partner Rob Kent said “We were heartbroken to learn that most of these kids have never even heard a nursery rhyme. It drove us to highlight the overlooked – yet just as poignant – effects of child abuse and neglect. And we wanted to give the public an avenue to show how much they care; an opportunity to give love, as well as money. The response so far has been incredibly positive”.
