Sealord smokes its salmon the traditional way. So Saatchi & Saatchi New Zealand thought it should do the same with the billboard promoting its new range of hot smoked salmon.

The unique hoarding was constructed using Manuka wood branches and later set ablaze on a private farm in Clevedon to replicate the traditional smokehouse process used by Sealord.
