Fashionistas will be proudly wearing their clothes inside-out tomorrow in support of Fashion Revolution Day – a campaign to mark one year since the Rana Plaza disaster.
Twelve months since 1,133 people died when the Bangladeshi factory block collapsed, ex-Vogue Australia editor Marion von Alderstein will join fashion campaigners in donning her clothes inside-out to campaign for consumers to question where their clothes come from.
The campaign is being led from London and is the brainchild of sustainable fashion campaigners Carey Somers and Orsola de Castro, with the help of Colin Fith's wife Livia who runs eco couture company Green Carpet Challenge.
