Mexican chain Mad Mex has launched a campaign aimed at reversing commonly held misconceptions about Mexican food being all about "corn chips with melted cheese doused in sour cream".
Created by Holy Cow with a radio ad by Nova, the "Autentica Mexicana" campaign highlights the authenticity of the Mad Mex Baja Californian menu to true Mexican cuisine.
The campaign is supported by public relations, social media, radio and in-store promotion.
