The AFL has kicked off an experiential "augmented reality" campaign which uses the stadium wall as a digital canvas for an interactive football game.

Created by tkm9, the campaign lets fans play with virtual footballs using gesture-based digital projection technology.

The ambient commercials have been run at the MCG, Etihad Stadium and the Gabba, with more planned for the AFL Grand Final.
