
Global Retail Brand has appointed full service agency Adcore to manage its performance media, SEO, and affiliate marketing following a highly competitive pitch for the multi-million dollar account.
The retail company includes brands such as House, Baccarat, Bessemer, MyHouse, and Robin's Kitchen, with more than 250 stores nationwide.
The appointment marks a key milestone for Global Retail Brands’ online growth trajectory, spearheaded by head of eCommerce, Sam Arcadipane.
Arcadipane said the appointment of Adcore comes as Global Retail Brands undergoes significant transformation, shifting towards an enhanced omnichannel approach with a new strategic direction for online operations.
This includes various changes and improvements aimed at optimising the customer experience.
"It’s been a great time to re-evaluate our online business, finding the strengths and opportunities across all of our online channels, and building upon these to really drive a better user experience with improved optimisation and growth in the new financial year,” Arcadipane said.
Global Retail Brands joins Adcore’s client portfolio, which includes Munro Footwear Group, UK apparel leader Fraser's Group, and, in January 2025, earned the title of Best PPC Agency at the APAC Search Awards
