The campaign will now be appearing in six key OFX markets: New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, United Kingdom, Canada and United States.
Australian foreign exchange and payments company OFX has taken the Joy-developed ‘OFXpert’ campaign global.
"The OFXpert campaign has been enormously successful for OFX in Australia at driving new corporate customers and lifting engagement with the existing customers; so much so, we have decided to take the idea around the world with us," OFX head of marketing APAC Lucy Allen says.
“Our business challenge last year was to target and build up our small business client base, leveraging our successful history with our consumer proposition.
"We know that B2B is different, so fundamentally we had to start by defining and validating our CVP, but we also had to house it in a great creative vehicle – one that really makes businesses take notice, and then make it easy for them to say ‘yes’.”
The campaign was designed to bring to life OFX’s unbeatable mix of online efficiency, confidence in human expertise and competitive pricing.
The campaign featured real experts, real customers, real savings and addressed real SMB pain points – all bundled under the proposition ‘Get an OFXpert working for you’.
“In the current world dominated by ratings, reviews and liquid expectations seeping over from one industry to another, ‘people’ are what really make the difference," Allen says.
"This has been particularly true during the pandemic, where customers of all types have been looking for expertise, trust and support to navigate the economic challenges.”
Targeted at the SMB market, the campaign shows just how much an OFXpert can help businesses save, versus leaving it to the banks.
“With such an easy-to-use platform, you can sometimes forget the enormous expertise of the people behind the tech," Joy creative head Ben Pearce says.
"The OFXpert campaign brings to life the human strength in the OFX model, in the simplest of ways."
