ZenithOptimedia has lured Jonathan Betts from MediaCom with a group business director role. He'll be running the Nestle account. Betts was previously head of digital, and most recently group director, client communications planning at the Group M firm.
“I am really excited to be joining ZenithOptimedia," said Betts. "When speaking to Ian [Perrin] and his team I was really excited by their vision of becoming an open agency. I had a real sense of the momentum within the agency and their client list is world class. I hope by working with all the teams at ZenithOptimedia, Nestle and their agencies we can create some amazing work.”
Ian Perrin, CEO at ZenithOptimedia said: “It is critical for us to recruit the most open-minded thinkers in Australia, and Jonathan fits the bill perfectly. He will be a great asset in developing our digital product, as well leading our clients forward.”
Betts starts in July.
