ABC appoints Mindbox for digital
The ABC has hired independent digital agency Mindbox to its digital account across advertising and strategy. Mindbox began work for the public broadcaster in February and has been promoting the ABC's new and existing programs.

Carsales drives away from Torpedo 7
Carsales.com will pull out its minority investment in New Zealand online retailer Torpedo 7. In a statement released to the ASX, the company said it was due to “unforeseen circumstances” and agreements between both parties will be rescinded. Carsales claims it won't impact its business.

DMG to unveil The Voice on radio
DMG Radio and Nine have partnered together to launch The Voice Radio Show on Nova. It will air on Tuesdays from 6pm wand Darren McMullen will host. The program will feature artist interviews and replays of the live performances. Nine rival Ten Network's chairman Lachlan Murdoch has a 50% share in DMG.

DMG Radio's SmoothFM has star power in Seal
Singer and The Voice judge Seal is joining DMG Radio's new stations SmoothFM, beginning this Sunday. Smoothfm’s weekend lineup also includes Michael Bublé, Richard Wilkins, David Campbell and Jason Donovan. Smoothfm's playlists focus on contemporary easy listening music.

AdapTV launches video advertising 'App Centre'
AdapTV is launching a product called App Centre for video advertising, with the aim of making the process of managing hundreds of brand advertising technologies easier for clients. The App Centre presents a centralised place for media uyers and sellers to discover, implement and manage ad technologies for TV and video from inside the AdapTV console.
