Jess Gill is Woolworths Director of Customer Experience, a newly created role she took on in May 2014. Gill joined Woolworths in 2013 as General Manager of marketing for the supermarket after working closely with the chain in her previous role as head of marketing strategy at consultancy Growth Mantra. She also starred as a judge in Woolworths' Channel 10 production Recipe to Riches.
