WPP reported negative growth for its business in Australia for the June quarter.
Like-for-like revenue less pass-through costs growth came in at -0.3%, according to papers lodged for the global advertising group’s results.
This was an improvement on the March quarter’s negative 3.4%.
The result was also better than some other markets including Canada, down 5.4%, and the UK, down 5.3%.
Overall, WPP reported June quarter like-for-like revenue less pass-through costs at -0.5%.
For the half year to June, like-for-like growth was -1%.
