The Works creative agency goes to Capgemini

Technology advisory group Capgemini has taken over creative agency The Works. 

The agency is included in the acquisition by Capgemini of ASX-listed RXP Services.

The $95 million takeover deal expands Capgemini’s operations in Australia. 

Capgemini says RXP’s creative agency, The Works, will open a new chapter for tghe company in Australia, complementing the capabilities of Capgemini Invent to enable the design and delivery of end to end digital experiences for clients.

Together, Capgemini and RXP will employ more than 2000 people in Australia.

The combined team will focus on accelerating digital transformation for businesses across industries locally, offering capabilities in strategy and transformation, application and technology, and operations and engineering.
