EXCLUSIVE: Sony Australia has put its creative and media agencies on alert, as it reviews its consumer and home electronics agency rosters.
The review is being led by Sony Australia brand marketing manager Simon Hovell, who told AdNews the company was looking at how it "operates and executes its go-to-market model".
"We have quite a few partners we work with - probably more than most - and while we aren't opening up the conversation outside our existing partners,we don't consider it a pitch," he said.
"The review was an opportunity welcomed by our agencies to look at how we best work with them and how they best work with each other," he said.
"We want to put in place a better operational model than what there currently is."
