The launch of Seven’s new Wife Swap Australia attracted less than 400,000 metro viewers last night.
The new reality TV series, which aired from 8.30pm, pulled in an average 346,000 metro viewers for total people, according to Oztam.
Seven airs three episodes of Home & Away on Thursdays, from 7-8.30pm, which attracted 442,000 metro viewers last night.
Meanwhile, the Australian Open night session on Nine, which runs from about 7.15-9pm, attracted 633,000 metro viewers.
The session, which saw Australia’s Alex De Minaur defeat Pablo Cuevas, was the top program behind the news. The second night session of the tennis, which runs from about 9-10.30pm, attracted 463,000 metro viewers.
Ten’s Ambulance Australia, which aired from 7.30pm, attracted 268,000 metro viewers.
In news, Seven News dominated for total people, with 899,000 metro viewers.
For people aged 18-49, Nine News was the top program with 247,000 metro viewers. The Australian Open night session attracted 238,000 metro viewers for people aged 18-49, while its second night session attracted 181,000 metro viewers.
For people aged 25-54, Nine News attracted 281,000 metro viewers, while the Australian Open night session attracted 251,000 metro viewers. Meanwhile Seven News at 6.30 attracted 219,000 metro viewers.
For the night, Nine secured the biggest network share with 32.1% of the overnight audience for total people, followed by Seven with 25.4% and Ten with 16.8%.
