TV data and analytics business Adgile has further expanded its management team with the addition of Phil Hammond as global head of data partnerships.

Hammond is a TV industry veteran who specialises in data commercialisation, product creation, business development and technology.

He has a wealth experience in both Australia and the UK, having led cross-functional teams in organisations that include Seven West Media, Foxtel Media, Sky Media, Sky UK and Westpac Banking Corporation.

He was most recently head of commercial data at Seven West Media.

"The opportunity to be part of a high growth business, partnering with innovative clients at the cutting edge of TV data and analytics, was always a compelling one - making it an easy decision for me," Hammond says.

"I’m looking forward to combining my own knowledge and experience with the people and technology at Adgile, in order to realise the total TV effectiveness opportunity on a global stage.”

Hammond joins Adgile at a time of exponential growth for the business in Australia, as it builds its client base across brands, agencies and broadcasters.

His role will include highlighting the value from the TV data that Adgile creates through it’s visual AI enabled technology.

“Adgile is a tech and data business, but at its core is a people business," Adgile global CEO Paul Evans says.

"We hire to build talent density in areas that create competitive advantage, and Phil’s passion for innovation, total TV effectiveness, and solving business problems with a partnership mindset, made him an obvious choice to join our already outstanding talent base and team. We’re excited to see the impact that he’ll make."
