Seven’s season finale of The Farmer Wants a Wife wrapped up to just over 850,000 metro viewers last night, while Ten’s The Bachelor launched to less than 500,000 metro viewers.
Ten’s latest season of The Bachelor, which aired at 7.30pm, attracted 482,000 metro viewers for its first episode, according to OzTam figures.
Meanwhile, Seven’s finale for The Farmer Wants a Wife, also on at 7.30pm, pulled 853,000 metro viewers, making it the most watched entertainment show for the night.
Nine’s Travel Guides at 7.30pm attracted 597,000 metro viewers.
Seven News was the most watched program for the night with 1.26 million metro viewers.
For people aged 18-49, Nine News dominated with 334,000 metro viewers, followed by Seven News with 299,000 metro viewers, and Seven News at 6.30pm with 294,000 metro viewers. The Bachelor Australia attracted 289,000 metro viewers in this age group.
For people aged 25-54, Nine News was on top again with 398,000 metro viewers, followed by Seven News with 366,000 metro viewers, and Seven News at 6.30pm with 363,000 metro viewers. The Bachelor Australia was in fifth with 294,000 metro viewers.
Seven won the night with 34.4% of the network share, followed by Nine with 25.1%, and Ten with 17.5%.
