Quiip has announced three senior hires and an expanded service offering, driven by strong FY24 growth.
The marketing agency has added Kelly McParlane and Luke de Zilva as team leads, and Alison Milfull has returned to the company as marketing and business development director.
McParlane brings over a decade of experience in social media and community management, having worked on high-profile events such as the FIFA Women’s World Cup and the Commonwealth Games.
De Zilva joins with extensive experience across the arts, creative and cultural sectors, having worked with organisations including the Sydney Opera House, the Art Gallery of New South Wales, and Tranby Aboriginal Cooperative.
Alison Milfull has more than 20 years experience in ethical marketing and digital engagement, having worked with organisations such as ACMI, BirdLife Australia, Zoos Victoria, and La Trobe University.
The company has also enhanced its service offering to support new and existing clients throughout the upcoming holiday season.
Although round-the-clock support has always been provided, additional resources are being dedicated to grow out-of-hours coverage.
The expanded service offering has been developed in response to a significant increase in misinformation, disinformation, hate speech, spam, and bot activity.
It reflects Quiip’s focus on continuing to connect, protect, and support people and organisations online.
Quiip CEO Alison Michalk said she is incredibly proud of the progress they’ve made this year
“Our new hires bring a synergy that enhances the momentum within our team,” she said.
"As our services grow and our team evolves, we're building a solid foundation for continued success, which drives our excitement to build partnerships with even more clients."
