Porn Hub seeks creative juices, Melbourne adman eyes prize

A Melbourne creative director has made the final 15 in the worldwide search for a global creative director for Porn Hub.

With a little encouragement from his friends Adrian Elton, of consultancy Adrian Elton Creative, had a crack at the brief which was to create a “safe for work” national media campaign to promote the brand.

Porn Hub receives 35 million hits daily and so far hasn't needed to advertise its services. Stories like this should probably help nudge those numbers upward.

Out of the 1,200 people who put forward creative ideas, Elton is the only Aussie to rise to the challenge.

Elton said “The brief to make a ‘safe-for-work’ ad about porn was ultimately too irresistible. As you can imagine, one thing led to another, and before too long we found ourselves in the midst of a heady conceptual ménage a trois.”

"To win this would be a wet dream come true," he chortled.

A winner will be announced over the coming month.
