It’s hard to keep track of the account wins and losses across the industry. To help you keep on top of who has what, here’s a wrap of the pitches from the week.

Charles Sturt University
Charles Sturt University (CSU) has appointed BWM Dentsu as its lead creative agency following a competitive pitch. CSU appointed the agency as part of its brand transformation project, following a decision to focus on the ethos and values of the university as it approaches its 30th anniversary. BWM Dentsu will work across brand experience, film, print, out-of-home, social and content production, to continue Charles Sturt’s transformation of both its brand and its business. The agency is set to launch a brand campaign for Charles Sturt University in time for the summer recruitment period.

Seafolly
Thinkerbell has been appointed the creative agency for Australian swimwear brand Seafolly following a competitive pitch. The appointment will cover both the Australian and international markets. Seafolly CMO Adriane McDermott says Thinkerbell's approach was a "breath of fresh air". Thinkerbell will join forces with Havas Media to create a new brand campaign for Seafolly this Spring/Summer.

Transport for NSW
Transport for NSW has appointed Ogilvy Australia as the creative master agency for its Road Safety portfolio. The review for the account began in March this year, with a select few creative agencies invited to pitch. Ogilvy’s remit focuses on creating behavioural change among road users to improve road safety. It will include initiatives such as Drink and Drug Driving, Speeding, Fatigue and Pedestrian Safety. Transport for NSW has signed a multi-year partnership with Ogilvy Sydney, which will begin work immediately on the account.

Drummond Golf
Full-service agency Spinach has been appointed to manage strategic planning and creative for Australia’s largest golf retailer, Drummond Golf. The new appointment comes not long after the retailer released its first brand campaign via J. Walter Thompson Melbourne (now Wunderman Thompson). Drummond Golf marketing director Ravi Abeyaratne says that the brand is looking forward to Spinach helping it with the "massive" year it has ahead of them which includes being merchandising partner for the 2019 Presidents Cup which will be held at the Royal Melbourne Golf Club in December.

BIC Australia
Independent Melbourne agency 10 Feet Tall has been appointed by BIC Stationery as its strategic and creative agency, following a competitive pitch. "10 feet tall has a strategic process and unique set of creative skills that are precisely the right fit for us," BIC Australia trade marketing manager - stationery Stacey Southern says. "While we were looking for an agency that could provide us with a wide variety of services - all under the one roof, it was their brand methodology that really impressed us. They have a really robust strategic framework, one that’s going to help fuel our growth plans for the category across Australia and NZ.”

SkyBus
Melbourne Independent agency Media Republic has added SkyBus to its client roster after recently winning the airport transport companies’ media account. The appointment will see Media Republic lead all media planning and buying including all digital for SkyBus. The new appointment comes following the mass transit companies main focus to “transform the customer journey earlier in their experience with an emphasis on increasing our digital channel presence” with SkyBus Co-CEO Michael Sewards saying it’s in need of a media agency that could help both strategy and to accomplish this objective.
