PHD has expanded its relationship with Bayer with the digital media account.
The media agency has been responsible for all above the line activity since winning the account in 2015.
The latest move will see PHD responsible for all media planning and buying for Bayer.
This includes SEM, SEO, [rogrammatic, social, and ecommerce. The additional spend is $7 million.
